Helena

Welcome to my website! I'm Helena, a creative and innovative individual who constantly challenges the status quo. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and love disrupting thought patterns and norms. Driven, energetic, and enthusiastic, I bring a vibrant energy to everything I do.

Intelligence is a core value of mine. I enjoy reflecting on ideas and am always curious to learn and explore new concepts. At times, I can be quite flamboyant and eccentric, and I am often described as an entertainer. Speaking of which, I am a riveting speaker and storyteller, captivating audiences with my words. Communication comes naturally to me, and I thrive on building relationships. Charming, quirky, fun, and warm, I always strive to create an atmosphere where laughter is abundant.

My playful and inquisitive nature drives me to ask a lot of questions and analyse situations. I am confident and secure in who I am, unafraid to be brave, explore, and take risks. At the same time I am more than happy to take a step back to make room for other’s input and contributions.

I embody a demanding yet fair approach when I collaborate with others. I am clear in my expectations, whether it be for serious work or embracing playfulness. Ethics and quality are of utmost importance to me, and I hold high standards for both. Being tactical and goal-oriented, I believe in taking decisive action to achieve results. While I may be jovial, I also value my privacy and understand the importance of discretion and trust. I trust in the abilities of those around me and create an environment of psychological safety. Initiating and decision-making are my strengths. I embrace new challenges head-on and guide others towards success. I am non-judgmental and open to diverse perspectives, fostering an inclusive work environment.

Attitude

Alert & Assertive, Intelligent, Inquisitive

To me, being alert means that you show up, you keep your eyes open, you are awake and, on your toes, ready to go, prepared to tackle anything that comes your way. Being assertive means that I respect my own boundaries while acknowledging and respecting other people’s boundaries simultaneously.

Being intelligent means learning fast and being driven by a constant curiosity to find out more.

I ask a lot of questions. Being inquisitive leads to finding better solutions, it shows genuine interest in other people lead to a wealth of experiences and insights. Being inquisitive means having less ego.

Two words that other people use to describe me are ‘Irrepressible’ and ‘resourceful’

Personality tests are fun!
Read what they say about my personality below.

  • I can be described as competitive, enterprising, assertive, aggressive, tough minded, determined and goal-oriented. I may display new and creative ways to reach my personal and work objectives and I will be self-evaluative and sometimes critical of my own performance.

I can be described as achievement-oriented, quite hard driving, active, eager, and sometimes impatient. In some circumstances, just taking on a challenge because it is a challenge is enough motivation for me. In my career, I will want some challenge for its own sake, but in the main, the rewards, both financial and recognition, for doing the job well and being productive will be my main motivators.

I can be described as strong-minded, demanding, firm independent and resolute. I seek responsibility and dislike constant supervision.

I would be described as quite sociable, enthusiastic, cheerful, genial, and outgoing. I enjoy personal relationships and interactions and I would make a good company representative in terms of customer satisfaction and personal and company public image.

I would be described as quite logical, reflective, analytical, factual, and practical. A job requiring the solving of intellectual or conceptual problems would stimulate me. I have a flair for technically oriented and detailed work. Taking on challenges to learn and use new information in a field that interests me would be rewarding in itself.

  • ENTJ - the Commander

A Commander (ENTJ) is someone with the Extraverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Judging personality traits. They are decisive people who love momentum and accomplishment.

People with ENTJ preferences are often competitive, focused, and highly motivated. They see just about everything that is going on around them by focusing on the big picture. ENTJs thrive when they have opportunities to set long-term goals and make highly analytical decisions.

  • True Neutral – A true neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. He doesn’t feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most true neutral characters exhibit a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil after all, he would rather have good neighbours and rulers than evil ones. Still, he’s not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. Some true neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. True neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you act naturally, without prejudice or compulsion. However, true neutral can be a dangerous alignment when it represents apathy, indifference, and a lack of conviction.
