    2017 - 2022

    Problem/opportunity
    Statistically when funds are passed down to the next generation in a family, the recipient moves the funds out of the bank. By creating a service offering and through increased activity and introduction to the next generation of clients will enable the bank to retain the funds upon wealth transfer.

    Role
    Facilitator, creator of events and educational programmes, service offering, contact with clients for interviews and advisory, analysis of the full book of the bank and created a retention strategy based on data.

    Identified more than €8bn and secured €250mn in the initial phase.

    CBS Polo Club
    2013 - 2017

    Problem/opportunity
    Polo was being introduced as a sport in Denmark. The main polo club needed to attract younger members to the club at the ages below 30. Students at universities had the interest, but could not afford to play polo yet.

    Value
    The company was created to bridge the gap between the main polo club and a younger audience. The solution was a business model that ensured that students could play during the low-activity hours for an affordable price. Furthermore, the company acted as a social club hosting events and overseas training camps.

    Problem/opportunity
    Young men are missing ways to personalise their office uniform without feeling over-dressed.

    This was one of my very first ideas that I worked on.

    I performed market analysis, competitor analysis and came up with alternative ways to market the product as the market was fully owned by Proctor & Gamble back then rendering it near impossible to gain shelf space in retail stores. Subscription services and selling to clothing stores were among some of the solutions. Business models that are widely seen today. The product was never produced, but technical drawings were made.

    At Nordea, I facilitated training to new members of the team to ensure standardisation across the department. Regularly analysed workload and team productivity to plan resources to ensure efficient departmental delivery

    Analysed Nordea’s client book to discover which families were in scope for the Next Generation offering.

    Connected and engaged regularly with the bank’s most important families through family meetings, events, and conducted market surveys through conversations with the Next Generation (generations Y and Z)

    Analysed UBS’ client book to find new prospects by engaging clients and develop strategies to grow the business

    Analysed UBS’s dormant clients to discover underserviced clients (individuals with large personal wealth, but no assets under management). When I found underserviced clients, I would furthermore analyse their network and based on that plan intimate events tailored to their specific needs and interests while bringing in fitting UBS experts and advisors.

    2016 – 2017

    Managed and investigated complex cases of unusual patterns, customer behaviour and fraud, with a focus on internationally exposed clients, collated and analysed information to enable a thorough and unbiased investigation, ensured a complete record of all information gathered was maintained

    Received a commendation from the State Attorney for Special Financial and International Crime (SØIK) for work completed on a special case

    Sales Management Advisory (IBM, Denmark)
    2012 - 2014

    Delivered data and presentations to top management, qualifying strategic decisions and aiding in communicating and ensuring execution throughout the organisation.

    Delivered the Enterprise Sales Project, identifying how IBM could sell a specific product in Denmark, leading to changing the IBM Graduate Programme to introduce an improved sales culture. Suggestions were implemented in late 2014.

    Performed financial accounting for a fleet of 120 vessels, and I was responsible of P&L forecasting. Profit split calculations made for fleet.
